My assistant Andrew will call you to set up our first session and create a profile for you in our secure billing system Simple Practice.  You will then receive a secure link via email to complete your paperwork.

We will come up with a plan that best fits your individual needs.

If your current struggle is affecting your job, relationships, interests, or schooling, then therapy might be right for you.  You may also want help with reaching specific goals or dreams.  Many people seek help because they feel desperate in their current situation, while others are wanting to take their success to the next level.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

I do not accept insurance, however I do provide my clients a Superbill. The Superbill can be submitted to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement. My services are considered out of network and will be reimbursed at the out of network rate. Most of my clients who submit Superbills are reimbursed between 70%-80% of the fee.

will insurance cover my therapy?

Your active participation and dedication is crucial to your success in therapy.  After all, we only see each other for one session per week.  It's the work you do outside of our sessions that will really help you see your personal growth and development.

How do I get the most out of therapy?

Everyone's circumstances are unique.  The amount of time it will take you to reach your goals will vary based on your desire for personal development, your commitment and the different factors that are driving you to seek therapy at this time.

How long will it take?

Our work together is designed to explore the root of the issues you are struggling with, look at behavior changes that might help and learn new strategies for your success.  Medication has been shown to be effective to help many people, especially when combined with therapy.

Should I just take medication?

Each person has varied goals and concerns that they bring to therapy.  Because of this, therapy will look different for each individual.  I tailor my therapeutic approach to best fit your specific needs.
