I have always loved seeing others live their lives to the fullest, no matter the circumstances.

I spent the first part of my professional career guiding those I worked with through their hospice journey.  I learned over those 16 years that everyones journey looks different and that I had the opportunity to help those I worked with create an amazing end to their story.

Being a part of the journey for so many of these amazing souls, only made me want to be able to do more, and was the catalyst to me becoming a therapist.

I love to help others succeed in their own lives

"Past sexual abuse trauma had me really struggling in my marriage and I could feel my 17 years of sobriety from drug and alcohol addiction slipping away.  I knew I needed help and I felt like I had tried every possible thing you could imagine.  In my last ditch effort of healing I decided to try EMDR therapy with Tara.  I started getting discouraged when I didn't see much progress right away but Tara urged me to stick with it.  I am so glad she didn't let me quit on myself!

After a couple incredible breakthrough experiences in EMDR sessions, I now feel like my life is open to so many more possibilities!  I feel energized again and excited for the future!   My triggers and anxiety have vanished!  I feel like I am creating the life I want to have and not just surviving living in it!  I can't explain how it works, but what I can tell you is that if you trust the process, it can change your life!"

"Tara is an amazing person and therapist! She is empathetic, a great listener, nonjudgmental and she truly cares about her clients. She has impacted my life with her knowledge and awesomeness. I am a better and more well rounded person because of her."

"Working with Tara helped me to see so many things in my life from a 50 thousand foot view.  Without her help, I would have never believed that a relationship requires 100% effort from both sides.  Thank you for helping me grow the healthy relationships that were right in front of me the whole time."

"I was really nervous about going to therapy. I didn’t know what to expect or how it was going be. After the unexpected passing of my grandma last year, I decided it might be time to try therapy and I have been amazed by the success I’ve seen, even for the short few months I’ve been going. Tara has changed my life for the better and I’m so thankful for her!"
